The Nights Secrets

As the day comes to an end,
and the sun has set,
and the moon in high,
the stars come out
to dot the sky
you get to bed,
you listen quietly
to everything that surrounds you,
the wind, softly rustling the newly grown
spring leaves
you feel the air tuch your skin
as it calms down from te busy day,
you hear a car pass by,
then fade away into the calm,
relaxed night,
you can hear how the earth
is calm and relaxed, after it's busy day,
everything so quiet,
so peaceful,
you then close you eyes,
taking it all in for another moment,
then you concentraite on the sound of your breath,
slow,
calm,
relaxed,
then you hear the sound of
your heart beat,
calmly,
ba-boom, ba-boom,
then you drift off to sleep
thinking of all
